House of Control is building the future of Contract & Compliance Management. We are well underway with modernizing our platform and are now looking for an AI Technical lead to take ownership of the next chapter – driving an AI-first approach, leveraging .NET, and working closely with our product, cloud, and security teams.

This role reports directly to the “Head of AI” and is part of the R&D organization at House of Control. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy, working at the intersection of engineering, product, and innovation to build scalable and intelligent solutions across the Aurora platform.

As part of the Visma Group, you’ll also join one of the Nordic region’s largest and most forward-leaning tech communities, with access to strong expertise in AI, cloud, security, and product development.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design and development of AI infrastructure and services for the Aurora platform.
• Collaborate with product, cloud, and architecture teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform and core modules.
• Define and implement AI governance, standards, and MLOps practices, ensuring reproducibility, compliance, and security.
• Prototype, deploy, and optimize AI models for real-world use cases across finance, contract, and compliance workflows.
• Partner with the Head of AI to establish and operationalize the AI strategy.
• Mentor and upskill developers, fostering AI literacy and best practices across R&D.
• Drive cross-departmental AI innovation, developing internal tools and automations that accelerate growth, optimize workflows, and embed AI into core business operations.

What we’re looking for

• Proven expertise in .NET and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Azure, AWS).
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Strong experience in MLOps and operationalizing machine learning models at scale.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with architectural and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional SaaS environments, ideally in transformation contexts.
• A mindset of innovation, pragmatism, and continuous learning.
