Join House of Control and grow your career at the intersection of finance and technology! 🚀
House of Control is building the future of Contract Management and Financial Compliance. We turn complex accounting standards and regulatory requirements into clarity, confidence, and control – helping organizations strengthen reporting and manage lease accounting with accuracy and insight.
We’re now looking for a Financial Compliance Advisor – someone who understands numbers, rules, and people, and can turn complexity into clear, practical solutions.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to enterprises and public organizations across Europe, guiding them through lease accounting (IFRS 16) and broader financial compliance topics. You’ll help clients improve reporting, reduce risk, and build trust, while shaping how digital tools simplify compliance and financial governance for the future. 🚀
What you’ll do
- Advise customers and partners on IFRS 16 and financial compliance, turning complexity into practical guidance and measurable value
- Lead onboarding and adoption of our solutions, ensuring new customers and partners succeed from day on
- Be a trusted advisor to CFOs, controllers, and auditors – helping them achieve transparency, accuracy, and control
- Collaborate across teams to share financial and customer insights that influence future solution development
- Stay ahead of evolving standards, continuously developing your understanding of IFRS and financial compliance trends
Who we’re looking for
You have a strong foundation in finance, auditing, or financial advisory, and you’re ready to use that knowledge in a broader, tech-driven context.
- 2–3+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting. Experience with IFRS is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial data, accounting principles, and governance
- Curiosity for how technology and automation can make compliance smarter and more efficient
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Analytical, structured, and proactive, you enjoy solving problems and making complex matters clear
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, auditing, accounting, or a related field is a plus
You don’t need to tick every box to apply. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in a dynamic environment.🌟

About Careers at House of Control
Løsningene samarbeider like godt med alle ERP-systemer.
